Extract from our rent conditions |

All indicated prices are VAT exclusive, departure our store. The renting prices for the machines are supposed to include 8 working houres per day, 40 working hours per week and 160 working hours per month. If the machines work more than this, supplementary hours will be charged. The "WEEK-END" prices are calculated for a maximum of 12 working hours, a supplementary day will be charged in case of outpassing of this limit. Week-end prices can be applicated only if the equipment is removed on Friday after 16h00 or on Saturday morning, and brought back on Monday morning before 8h30. In- and outcome of equipment has to take place during the opening hours of the renting department: from 7h30 to 12h00 and 12h30 to 17h30 Monday to Fryday and from 8h00 to 12h00 on Saturday morning. Our premises are closed on Saturday afternoon, on Sundays and on hollydays The rent begins when the equipment leaves our store and ends when the goods reenter our depot. The tenant has to pay for any deterioration or theft on equipment that he has left outside of our depot. The goods are transported at the risks and charges of the tenant. At his charge are also: conductor, mechanic, fuel, daily check-up and control of the levels. Transmisstion of the goods to other entities or persons is prohibited without our authorization. "Break-down" and "Robbery" Insurances are not included in the renting price. The equipment is cleaned and fueled-up before delivery and must be rendered in this condition. If the machines have to be cleaned after renting, this will be charged to the tenant. All failure or problem must be notified to us immediately. Scaffolding and formwork cannot be delivered or accepted on Saturday morning unless it is properly packed so that in can be loaded and unloaded by a handling machine. Pallets for packing are at your disposal in our store. Compressors and power generator are not registrated for transport. We advise to load them onto a truck or trailer for transportation. In case of towing behind a vehicle, the maximum authorised speed is 40 km/h and use of a highway is prohibited by law. Following the regulations of the Inspection du Travail et des Mines ITM-CL150-2, only conductors having accomplished a special training are able to drive handling machines. Special conditions for "LONG TERM RENTING" can be granted on request. Every firm will be held responsible for their co-worker's signature. They have the possibility to deposit a list with signatures that are authorized to charge their account. All mentionned prices are only indicative and are updated pediodically. |
